Hello, this is Katy Andersen, principal of Joan MacQueen Middle School. Today, all MacQueen students received their third quarter report card. Please sign the envelope and have your child place it in their binder reminder so they will know where it is when school resumes on April 20. A notice went home this last week regarding our drug and intoxicants in-service for parents on Tuesday, April 28 at 6:00 in the gym. As you know we did have some problems earlier this year with intoxicants. It is very important for ALL parents to know what to look for. Too often, it is the parent that absolutely knew their child would never get involved in drugs, that do find that their child has indeed gotten involved with illegal intoxicants. Again, the program is April 28 at 6:00 in the gym and the focus will be on adolescents. Have a wonderful vacation and stay safe -
