Band Announcements - Connect Ed

Hello, this is Katy Andersen, Principal of Joan MacQueen Middle School. I am calling on behalf of Mrs. Rabasco with several band announcements. The band wreath fundraiser ends on Friday Nov 21 - orders must all be into Mrs. Rabasco by 11:00 Friday morning. Speaking of Friday, students are reminded they will need their instruments on Friday for Shadow a Student Day. Since we will be marching in the Parade of Lights on Dec 12, students will need to have their marching lyre and flipbooks by the day we come back from Thanksgiving which is Monday, December 1. We have two opportunities for families to enjoy our band this December - the first is the Alpine Parade of Lights on December 12 at 6:00 pm and the second is our Annual Holiday student assemblies on Friday, December 19 at 11:00 or 11:40. Have a good evening thank you.

strategies, the success of all students. AVID places a strong emphasis on laying the groundwork for students’ college preparatory path. The teachers are very excited to increase the already wonderful AVID strategies present in their classrooms.
